  We paid 50% down in early Sept 2016. They weren't able to do our driveway (tear up and re-do) by early November 2016, so I requested my check to be sent back. They complied, and I submitted a new check in mid April 2017. That check ($3,500!) cleared within 10 days. It is nearly September and I've received NO communication from King. I finally called July 19th and was told it should be within the next month. 30+ days later and still no communication. It hardly rained in August (less than 0.50in). I would be extremely leery to use King Blacktop.
  
  POSITIVE UPDATE: I called King again shortly after posting this review. The owner said he had misplaced the paperwork and apologized for his mistake. He sent his crew out 2-3 days later and put in our brand new driveway. We are very happy with how it turned out. We expressed our desire to make sure it was graded properly for water to run off and not pool, and they did an excellent job with that. When they started the job, they were very quick and cleaned up the area very well!

  Would recommend to anyone needing a new driveway. Very nice employees make sure to get all info needed to provide an estimate to get a new blacktop driveway. Trust my new driveway will be beautiful after looking at their work on their web page. Over 30 years experience, wow.
