  Have always used this eye care provider since I started working for Exelon. They do an exceptional job, and are always professional. They fully understand how our insurance works, and are up front and honesty on the costs. I would highly recommend using them for your eye care needs.

  I just left the office after an appointment for my daughter. I was treated very rudely by a member of the office staff, because I had just got new vision insurance and was never given a card, but was told all I needed was my Blue Cross card. She snidely said to another worker(who I could tell was embarrassed and frustrated with her behavior as well) that she couldn't help her because some people don't know what kind of insurance they have. When I obtained what she needed she was very rude and stated what do I need that for. Then proceeded to use that information to "help" me. I ended up leaving and will be finding another provider because their office was not a provider for my insurance (I could file the claim myself and be reimbursed, but because of the poor service I will be looking elsewhere.
